Refund Policy

Zero Theatre mostly sells made-to-order items. That means production usually starts shortly after an order is placed, and we do not operate like a mass-retail return warehouse.

If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review it and work on a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

To help us resolve it quickly, include:

  • your order number
  • the name used at checkout
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos if the issue is visible

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted items

If your order arrives with a production issue or fulfillment mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is verified, we will usually offer one of the following remedies:

  • a replacement item
  • a refund to the original payment method
  • store credit, if both sides prefer that option

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately.

If production has not started yet, we may be able to update or cancel it.

If production has already started, we usually cannot stop or reverse the order.

Size issues and buyer's remorse

Because most items are made to order, we do not guarantee returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • preference changes
  • buyer's remorse
  • accidental orders

If you contact us quickly and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, we may review certain requests case by case, but approval is not guaranteed.

Non-returnable condition issues

We may decline a return, exchange, or refund request if the item:

  • has been worn or washed
  • is returned in damaged condition not caused by production or shipment
  • is submitted outside the stated issue window without a clear fulfillment error

Lost packages

If tracking appears stalled or the package looks lost, contact us and we’ll help figure out the next step.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after approval can vary by bank or payment provider.
