Shipping Policy

Zero Theatre mostly sells made-to-order products. That means production usually begins after checkout instead of pulling inventory off a shelf.

Production time

Typical production time is 2–5 business days.

During launches, holidays, or heavier order volume, production can take longer.

Shipping time

After production, typical U.S. shipping time is 3–7 business days.

Delivery timing can vary based on destination, carrier conditions, weather, seasonal volume, and other factors outside our direct control.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we’ll send it once the shipment is in motion.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the destinations made available at checkout.

International orders

For international orders, delivery may take longer and local duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges may apply.

Those charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable because the address entered was wrong or incomplete, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs processing, routing disruptions, labor events, or other issues outside our control, but we will try to help where we can.

Lost, stolen, or marked-delivered packages

If your package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but missing, or appears lost in transit, contact us and include your order number.

We’ll help review the carrier status and next steps.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to update a shipping address or change your order, contact us immediately.

If production has not started, we may be able to help.

If production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
